Body Ballet in the pool, then spa or massage — and lunch

Move, then bloom. A boutique half-day for a small group at the Van der Valk Hotel Luxembourg-Arlon: welcome drinks from 09:00, then a Body Ballet class with Delia like no other — in the hotel’s indoor surf pool, waves switched off, in water at 28°C. Then your choice of a spa hour or a 30-minute massage, and a healthy detox buffet lunch together to close (12:00–14:00). Twenty places in total. Come with a friend or on your own.

Massages: choose on the day between neck, shoulders and back, or back and the backs of the legs. The hotel’s treatment rooms are shared, so two guests may be in the same room at the same time, always of the same sex.

By booking you accept our terms (moveandbloom.lu/terms): tickets are non-refundable but transferable, and event photos may be used on our website and social media. Alcoholic drinks are not included. Minimum age 16.
