Body Ballet class, then spa or surf — and lunch

Move, then bloom. A boutique half-day for a small group at the Van der Valk Hotel Luxembourg-Arlon: welcome drinks from 09:00, a dynamic 55-minute Body Ballet class with Delia finishing with Recovery & Stretch, then your choice of a spa hour or a 45-minute indoor surf lesson — and a healthy detox buffet lunch together to close (12:00–14:00). Thirty places in total, and only ten on the wave. Come with a friend or on your own.
